Stream Team Study
Countryside Academy, is located on approximately 90 acres of land; part of the Saint Joseph River Watershed. The school has two farm ponds and a meandering stream, all of which drain toward the south, into the Pipestone Creek which in turn joins the Saint Joseph River about two miles east of the M-139 bridge. The Joseph River (commonly called the St. Joe River) flows into Lake Michigan between the North Pier and the South Pier.
